Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity (Sales And Distribution Service) For Organizational Units Of Lipno County3.2 Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order 3.2.1. Sale Of Electricity And Provision Of Transmission Services Or Ensuring Distribution To Facilities That Are Organizational Units Of Lipno County According To The Parameters Indicated In Annex 4 To The Terms Of Reference. The Quantities Given In The Attachment Are Estimated Quantities To Determine The Value Of The Order, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity Over Time Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Amount Of Ordered Electricity, Which May Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Sale Of Electricity And The Provision Of Transmission Or Distribution Services To Units Of The Lipnów District Will Be Carried Out On The Terms Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43) And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act, In Particular With The Standards Of Customer Service Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of September 3, 2026 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlements In Electricity Trade (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2026, Item 1182, As Amended) And In Accordance With Polish Standards3.2.3 The Contractor Must Ensure The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In A Way That Guarantees The Fulfillment Of All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. The Application Of The Preferences Indicated In The Ordering Partys Documentation, Describing The Requirements Relating To The Technical And Quality Features Of The Subject Of The Order, Is Dictated By The Need To Ensure The Highest Quality Preferred By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.3.2.4 In The Event Of A Change Of The Current Entity Supplying The Ordering Party With Energy. Electricity, The Contractor Undertakes To Complete, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Formalities Imposed On The Ordering Party By The Regulations At That Time And To Bear All Possible Related Costs. Such Obligation Will Be Fulfilled Before The Commencement Of The Contract Execution.3.2.5 Currently, The Ordering Party Is Connected To The Network Of The Distributor Energa - Operator S.A. Based In Gdańsk.3.2.6 Invoicing For The Supplied Electricity Will Be Based On The Readings Of Measurement Systems. Settlement Periods Are Identical To The Dso Settlement Periods. 3.2.7 Settlements For Active Electricity Will Be Made According To The Rules, Prices And Fee Rates Included In The Contractors Offer.
