1. Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads Consisting In Combating Winter Slipperiness Using Sand And Brine Along With De-Plowing (Own Equipment, People, Etc.) And Ad Hoc Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads Performed At The Request Of The Ordering Party. 2. Requirements For Winter Road Maintenance: A) Clearing Snow From Roads Along The Entire Width Of The Road, B) There Is An Even Layer Of Snow On The Road, Sprinkled With Abrasive Agents, Especially At Intersections, Bends And Hills, C) Removing And Combating Slipperiness On An Ongoing Basis As Needed (Snowfall, Drizzle), D) Starting Work No Later Than 1 Hour After The End Of The Rainfall, In The Case Of Night Rainfall No Later Than An Hour Before 6:00 A.M., And Ending No Later Than 3 Hours After The End Of Rainfall. 3. The Contractor Must Have A Mobile Phone Due To The Required 24-Hour Availability.4.The Estimated Time For Clearing Snow From The Road Cannot Exceed 4 Hours After The Rainfall Stops, However, After Heavy Rainfall, It Is Allowed To Leave A Thin Layer Of Accumulated Snow On The Road Without Impeding Traffic.5.The Action To Combat Slipperiness Must Be Initiated No Later Than Within 2 Hours From The Notification Made By Persons Authorized By The Ordering Party To Contact The Contractor. 6. The Location Of The Works Is Included In The Attached Lists - Road Maps, Which Are Also Attachments To The Contract.7.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Update The Attached List Of Roads Subject To Winter Maintenance.8.Maintaining The Passability Of Roads And Streets.9.Ensuring Coordination And Supervision Of Winter Operations On Municipal Roads.10.Obtaining Current Information On The Weather Condition From The Meteorological Station Of The Institute Of Meteorology And Water Management.11.Ensuring The Readiness Of Specialized Equipment And Service To Ensure Failure-Free Road Maintenance.12.In The Event Of Equipment Failure That Makes It Impossible To Carry Out The Winter Campaign, Provide Replacement Equipment At Your Own Expense.13.Ensuring Appropriate Organizational Conditions Enabling The Implementation Of Tasks According To The Agreed Scope And Preparation Of The Necessary Amount Of Sand, Constant Communication With The Ordering Party And Submitting Reports On The Winter Campaign.14.During Winter Road Maintenance, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Appropriate Safety Conditions And The Technical Condition Of Equipment That Does Not Pose A Threat To Human Health And Life.15.The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Damage Caused By The Contractor Or Subcontractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.16.The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Incorrect Execution Of The Order.17.The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A List/Journal In Which He Will Record The Type Of Action Carried Out On A Given Day. 18. A Day Is Understood As The Time From 00:01 To 24:00 On A Given Day.
