The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor With A Single-Axle Trailer And A Front Loader, For Which The Ordering Party Is Applying For Funding From A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 For The Implementation Of Tasks In Area Ii Logistic Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supply: Ii.1.3. Retrofitting Storage Bases With Equipment Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis Situations, Disasters, Mass Events, Large-Scale Events, Violent Atmospheric Phenomena, Cbrn Threats And During War - In Accordance With The Minimum List Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration - Purchase Of An Agricultural Tractor With A Trailer And A Front Loader.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Specifies The Minimum Required Quality And Technical/Functional Parameters That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Must Meet. The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Or With Higher Parameters.3.The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order And The Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty On The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 24 Months. The Warranty Period Begins From The Date Of Final Receipt Of Delivery. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Method Of Evaluating Offers In This Criterion Is Described In Part Xviii Of The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Liable To The Ordering Party Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period Determined On The Basis Of The Contractors Offer (Within The Limits Described Above), But Not Shorter Than The Warranty Period Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code.5.Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Offered Equipment Must Come From Official Distribution Channels. 2) The Equipment Should Be Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025. 3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivery Item Delivered By The Contractor Be Brand New, Complete, Functional, Unused Before, Without Physical And Legal Defects Or Those Limiting The Possibility Of Its Proper Use, Along With Instructions In Polish, Warranty Cards, Current Approvals And Certificates For Safety And Compliance With The Requirements Of Polish And European Standards.
