The Contracting Authority Expects To Need An Average Of €250,000 In Promotional Items And Clothing. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is € 1,200,000 For The Entire Term. The Client Is Entitled To Terminate The Framework Agreement If The Stated Maximum Value Has Been Spent Before The End Of The Agreed Contract Period. The Client Will Not Owe Any Costs Or Compensation To The Contractor.
