The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing, Year-Round Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Greenery In Urban Areas In The Period From December 1, 2026 To October 31, 2028. The Summer Period Covers The Months From April To October, And The Winter Period - The Months From November To March. The Scope Of The Basic Order Includes In Particular: Ongoing Cleaning, Summer Maintenance, Including Scheduled Mowing In Accordance With The Mowing Schedule And Lawn Maintenance, Greenery Care, Maintenance Of Alleys, Sidewalks, Squares, Stairs, Ramps, Hardened Surfaces, Playground, Outdoor Stage, Elements Of Small Architecture And National Memorial Sites, As Well As Winter Maintenance Of The Areas. 2. Emergency Duty The Contractor Provides Emergency Duty On Weekdays From: 15:00–21:00, And On Public Holidays From 8:00–21:00. The Time For Processing An Intervention Request Is - In Accordance With The Offer - Up To 60, 90, 120 Or 150 Minutes From The Effective Submission Of The Request. Option Right And Change In The Scope Of Area Maintenance 1) The Ordering Party Envisages, Under The Option Right, An Increase In The Scope Of The Order, Including: A) Inclusion In The Maintenance Of Additional Areas As Part Of Summer Maintenance Requiring Ongoing Cleanliness, One-Time Mowing, Lawn Maintenance, Removal Of Waste And Dirt, Raking And Removal Of Leaves, Removal Of Weeds, Self-Sowing And Overgrowths, Keeping Alleys, Sidewalks, Squares, Walkways And Hardened Surfaces Clean, Emptying And Cleaning Bins And Maintaining The Existing Typical Elements Of Small Architecture In This Area, B) Including Additional Areas As Part Of Winter Maintenance Requiring Ongoing Cleanliness, Removal Of Waste, Dirt, Leaves And Branches, Emptying And Cleaning Bins, Keeping Alleys, Sidewalks, Squares, Paths And Hardened Surfaces Clean, Snow Removal, Removal Of Snow, Slush And Ice, Combating Slipperiness, Removal Of Roughening Material And Dirt Resulting From Winter Maintenance And Cleaning Of Typical Elements Located In This Area Landscaping, If Weather Conditions Allow It, C) Ordering Additional Mowing Of Selected Areas Within The Areas Covered By The Basic Order Or Areas Included In The Maintenance Under The Option Law. 2) Additional Areas May Be Included In The Maintenance, Corresponding To The Nature, Method Of Development And Scope Of Maintenance Of The Areas Covered By The Basic Order. 3) The Option Right Does Not Cover The Inclusion Of Areas Requiring A Different Method Or Standard Of Maintenance Than Specified In The Procurement Documents, In Particular New Playgrounds, Places Of National Memory, Sports Facilities, Graduation Towers, Stages, Fountains,
