The Employment Regions Of Helsinki, Espoo-Kauniainen, Vantaa, Tampere Region, Turku And Oulu Region (Later C6 Labor Authorities / Client / Clients) Jointly Procure Separate Early Childhood Education Teacher Studies Organized As Recruiting Workforce Training. The Studies To Be Acquired Are Organized As Workforce Training That Increases Professional Knowledge And Capabilities, Organized By The Labor Authority In Accordance With The Act On The Organization Of Labor Services (380/2023, § 61–62), Which Is Implemented As A Joint Procurement. This Is A Procurement In Accordance With Annex E Of The Act 1397/2016 On Public Procurement And Access Rights (Procurement Act). The Law On The Organization Of Employment Services (380/2023) And The University Law (558/2009) And Regulations Specifying The Above-Mentioned Laws Apply To The Selection Of Students For The Education To Be Acquired, The Organization Of Teaching And The Administration Of The Education. The Coordination Of Laws And Regulations Is Negotiated Separately With The Customer And The Selected Supplier, If Necessary. Goal The Goal Of The Training Is To Quickly Employ Those Who Participate In The Training For Early Childhood Education Teacher Positions. The Planned Duration Of The Studies Is About 14–16 Months And The Scope Of The Studies Is About 70–75 Credits. The Studies To Be Completed Are Organized As A Multi-Format Implementation. The Studies Include A Maximum Of 2–5 Contact Teaching Periods, Which Must Include A Total Of No More Than 10 Contact Teaching Days. The Classroom Teaching Included In The Studies Must Be Organized At The Beginning Of The Studies. In Addition To Face-To-Face Teaching, The Studies Include Real-Time Distance Learning That Starts At 4 P.M. At The Earliest, Independent Study And Group Work, As Well As Practical On-The-Job Learning And Training In An Early Childhood Education Unit. The Studies To Be Acquired Are Studies That Provide Professional Skills For Early Childhood Education Tasks And Pre-School Education In Accordance With The Government Decree On University Degrees And Specialization Training (794/2004, § 19–20), Which Are Completed As Separate Studies. The Study Right Of Persons Selected For The Pilot Is Limited Only To The Separate Studies That Are The Subject Of Procurement. The Acquired Separate Studies, Together With A Suitable Background Degree (At Least A Bachelors Degree In Education), Qualify For The Position Of Early Childhood Education Teacher (Early Childhood Education Act 540/2018, § 26). The Goal Is That The Unemployed And Under-Threatened Bachelors/Masters In Education Who Participate In The Training Will Be Employed In Early Childhood Education Jobs After About 3–4 Months Of Studies And Complete Their Studies In A Fixed-Term Employment Relationship. If The Studies Are Attended By Persons Already In Fixed-Term Employment In Early Childhood Education In C6 Cities, It Must Be Possible For Them To Complete The Studies In Their Entirety Alongside Their Work. After Reaching Eligibility, Those Participating In The Training Can Be Permanent In Early Childhood Education In C6 Cities. The Training Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1, Description Of The Object Of Procurement. The Contract Period Is Valid From 1 January 2027 To 31 December 2030
