Tenders Are Invited For Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Integrated Maintenance Cemeteries And Burials

Planting And Maintenance Services Of Green Areas – Integrated Maintenance Cemeteries And Burials. The Subject Of The Tender Consists Of The Integrated Maintenance Of The Cemeteries, The Digging And Closing Of Graves And Everything Related To It. The Agreement Has Four Parts, Which Are Listed In Paragraph 3.5. Planned Maintenance Has A Relatively Stable Scope, With Changes Resulting From, For Example, Area Expansion, Conversion Or Changes In Image Quality Level, Being Expected To Be Limited. The Other Parts Of The Integrated Maintenance, Namely The Project-Based Maintenance, The Work Based On Direction And The Optional Scope, Are Less Easy To Determine In Advance. Precisely For This Reason, The Raw Framework Agreement Was Chosen (In The Case Of Project-Based Maintenance), The Reimbursement Of Actual Costs (Work On A Cost-Plus Basis) Or On The Basis Of A Further Quotation (Optional Scope).
