Public Road Transport Services - Providing Ad Hoc Services Involving Driving Bus Vehicles Of Szczecińskie Przedsiębiorstwo Autobusowe Dąbie Sp. Z O. O. Over A Period Of 12 Months.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor (Through Its Employees And Cooperating Persons) To The Ordering Party Of Ad Hoc Services Consisting In Driving The Ordering Partys Bus Vehicles As Part Of Public Road Transport Services In The City Of Szczecin And Neighboring Communes, As Well As Additional Activities Resulting From The Implementation Of These Tasks And Performed At The Ordering Partys Depot And Consisting Of, Among Others: In Driving Vehicles Through Third-Party Liability Insurance Stations, Car Wash Stations, Refueling Vehicles With Diesel Oil And Specialized Operating Fluids, Entering And Exiting Buses To Repair Channels Within A Period Of 12 Months And No Earlier Than From January 1, 2027. The Contractors Provision Of Services To The Ordering Party In The Field Of Driving The Ordering Partys Vehicles Will Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of Transport Tasks Or Additional Activities Specified By The Ordering Party, Within Specified Dates And In The Amount Resulting From The Received Information. Schedules And Confirmed In The Content Of Each Request. As Part Of Its Business Activity, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ And Have At Its Disposal Drivers Who Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Those Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1490, As Amended), The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws, As Amended). 2024, Item 1251, As Amended), And In The Implementing Provisions Of The Above-Mentioned Acts. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Present A List Of People (Drivers) Intended To Provide Services To The Ordering Party, For Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party. If Further People Are Employed During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Update The List Of Drivers On An Ongoing Basis.
