The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Construction Of Two Energy-Efficient Multi-Family Residential Buildings Marked As A2 And B2 (40 Apartments In Each Building, 80 Apartments In Total) Along With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings A2 And B2 With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development At Ul. Sobieskiego In Skierniewice - Stage Ii, Along With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Use Of Both Buildings And Infrastructure On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. The Apartments Are To Be Delivered On A Turnkey Basis. The Order Is Awarded In The Design And Build Formula (Article 103(2) Of The Public Procurement Law). The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is A Functional And Operational Program (Ffu) Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Operational Program (Journal Of Laws, Item 2454). The Ordering Party Has An Approved Construction Design (Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design) And Technical Designs, Which Do Not Constitute Complete Construction Documentation And May Contain Inconsistencies With The Construction Design. Therefore, The Order Primarily Includes: Verification, Updating And Supplementing Technical Designs, Development Of Complete Executive And Workshop Documentation For All Industries, Obtaining Missing Or Outdated Conditions, Arrangements And Decisions, Execution Of Turnkey Construction, Installation And Finishing Works And Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit. The Construction Design Is A Binding Document For The Contractor - The Contractor Cannot Propose Solutions That Constitute A Significant Departure From The Approved Construction Design Within The Meaning Of Art. 36A Of The Construction Law Act Without The Written Consent Of The Ordering Party. Design Work Must Be Carried Out By Persons With Appropriate Construction Qualifications, And Technical Designs Must Be Checked By Authorized Checking Designers (Detailed In Point 2.2 Of The Fup).
