Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services - Open Procedure For The Journeys Of 211 Mentally And Physically Disabled Children To The Rembergschule (Rembergstr. 7, 45470 Mülheim An Der Ruhr) And Back. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Transport Of Physically / Mentally / Linguistically Disabled Students At The Rembergschule, Rembergstr. 7, 45470 Mülheim An Der Ruhr. Students Have To Travel From Their Home Address To The Rembergschule And Back. There Are Currently 211 Students To Be Transported (As Of September 10, 2026). Changes To The Number Of Students To Be Transported Are Possible Throughout The Entire Contract Period. Subject Of The Contract: (1) The Company Provides The City With The Motor Vehicles With Drivers It Designates And The Companions Required According To The List Of Services For School Transport. The City Specifies The Times At Which Students Must Arrive At The Rembergschule And When They Are To Be Picked Up At School. (2) The Vehicle Is Deployed In Accordance With The Deployment Plan, Which Is Drawn Up For Each Vehicle By The Entrepreneur, Subject To Change At Any Time. There Is No Transport During School Holidays Or On Other School-Free Days. Claims For Compensation By The Contractor Are Excluded In This Respect. (3) The City Has The Discretion To Change Existing Timetables For School Organizational, Administrative Or Traffic Reasons. This Particularly Applies To The Removal Of Existing Trips And The Addition Of New Trips. (4) The Company Is Obliged To Carry Out The Operations Assigned To It On Time And In Compliance With The Operations Plan In Accordance With The Citys Instructions. Performance Of The Service: (1) The Company Undertakes To A) Secure The Doors Of The Vehicle Used In Such A Way That The Doors Cannot Be Opened Unintentionally (Door Lock Security). B) Equip The Appropriate Passenger Seats With Lap Belts Or Three-Point Belts For All Students. The Same Applies To Children In Wheelchairs, For Whom Lap Belts Must Be Attached To The Floor. Children Who Refuse To Wear Seat Belts Must Be Notified To The City In Writing. C) To Secure Children Who Are Smaller Than 150 Cm In Accordance With Section 21 Paragraph 1 A Of The Stvo In Officially Approved Child Restraint Systems Suitable For The Child D) To Anchor Fixed Wheelchairs At Four Points In The Vehicle Floor While Driving. E) Not To Allow Children To Change To Other Vehicles During The Journey Without The Express Consent Of The City F) When Using A Minibus, To Provide The Entrances And Exits With Grab Handles On Both Sides, As Far As This Is Technically Possible. G) To Equip The Floor Of A Minibus So That It Is Sufficiently Slip-Resistant Even When Damp. Vehicles: (1) The Company Is Obliged To Keep The Vehicles In A Clean, Roadworthy And Operationally Safe Condition That Complies With The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Licensing Regulations And The Ordinance On The Operation Of Motor Vehicle Companies In Passenger Transport (Bokraft) In The Currently Valid Catalog Of Requirements For Buses And Minibuses
