The Purpose Of This Contract Is Assistance To Project Management In Order To Implement The Continuation And Completion Of The Monitoring System Animation Of The System Of The Les Bosquets Co-Ownership, Namely The Monitoring Animation Of An Operation To Improve The Housing Co-Ownership Degraded (Opah Cd). The Remaining Missions Relate To: - Continuing Social Support For Owners In Difficulty, By Mobilizing All The Necessary Resources To Enable Them To Meet Their Remaining Expenses On The Work Program; - Support To The Trustee For The Implementation And Monitoring Of Procedures For Recovering Unpaid Current Charges And/Or Linked To The Work Program; - Continued Close Monitoring Of The Progress Of The Works And Cash Flow Management, So As To Coordinate The Release Of The Various Resources Identified In Terms Of Pre-Financing As Accurately As Possible, In Order To Limit The Cost Of Bank Interest As Much As Possible; - Administrative And Financial Assistance To The Trustee For The Proper Execution Of The Financing Plan, Until Payment Of The Balance Of The Subsidies; - Information To Co-Owners And Residents Throughout The Project, So As To Maintain Their Mobilization And Thus Facilitate Access To The Private Areas Concerned By The Work Program; - Specific Support From The Project Manager, Companies Carrying Out The Work Program And Residents, To Contribute To The Organization Of Interventions Requiring Simultaneous Access To Several Dwellings; - Supporting Residents In Appropriating The New Terms Of Use Of Housing Brought About By The Work Program; - Support For Any Initiative Contributing To Developing Community Living Within The Residence; Support For Any Project Contributing To The Improvement Of The Living Environment, Social Cohesion Or The Management Of The Construction Phase, Under Local Urban Management, In Conjunction With Other Stakeholders In These Fields Of Action; - Support For Improving The Operation Of The Co-Ownership, In Particular Through The Updating Of The Co-Ownership Regulations And The Inclusion Of New Dhw And Heating Metering Methods In Accordance With The Challenges Of The Roadmap Adopted On June 7, 2022 By The Co-Owners Union.
