Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis - Territorial Study Of Residential Green System - Storm Water Management Concept For Urban Green And Public Spaces Of The City Of Karlovy Vary. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Preparation Of The Rainwater Management Concept For Urban Greenery And Public Spaces Of The City Of Karlovy Vary (Hereinafter Referred To As The Concept) With Regard To The Specifics Of The Spa Site (Protective Zones Of Natural Healing Sources). The Concept Will Be Based On The Principles Of Rainwater Management While Respecting State And European Legislation As Well As Current National Technical Norms And Standards. The Concept Will Be Developed With A View To 2050 And Will Correspond To The Strategy For Adapting To Climate Change In The Conditions Of The Czech Republic. The Concept Is Not Intended To Include A Comprehensive Concept Of Runoff Conditions, It Is Focused On The Use Of Rainwater For Vegetation. The Concept Will Be Developed As A Conceptual Document Intended For The Needs Of The Statutory City Of Karlovy Vary, In Particular For The Managers Of Urban Greenery – Spa Forests And Parks Of Karlovy Vary, Departments Of The Municipality Of Karlovy Vary As Well As For Road Managers And Designers Preparing The Reconstruction Of Public Spaces. The Goal Of The Concept Is Not To Create A General Water Management Study Or A Theoretical Catalog Of Measures, But To Propose Specific Localized Measures Enabling The Systematic Use Of Rainwater For The Benefit Of Urban Greenery, Street Tree Rows, Parks And Other Vegetation Areas. The Concept Will Serve As A Long-Term Basis For The Effective Management Of Urban Greenery And The Development Of Blue-Green Infrastructure In The City, For Planning Investments In The Reconstruction Of Public Spaces. More Detailed Requirements For The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract Are Given In Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation (This Annex Will Form Annex No. 4 Of The Work Contract).
