Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines – Düker Kiel Canal: Lot 2 - Connecting Lines Including District Heating, Gas, Water, Pipes, Cables. Stadtwerke Kiel (Hereinafter Referred To As Swk) Plans To Modernize And Expand Supply Capacity And Security In The North Of Kiel. The Aim Is To Create An Audit-Proof And Low-Maintenance Connection To The Gas, Water, District Heating, Electricity And Telecommunications Lines. This Is To Be Achieved By Swk Building A New Culvert Under The Kiel Canal To Accommodate The Aforementioned Media. The Overall “Düker Kiel Canal” Project Is Divided Into Four Lots Including The Tunnel Structure And Media Lines (Lot 1), Connecting Lines (Lot 2), Technical Equipment (Lot 3) And The Expansion Of The Shaft Structures (Lot 4). The Subject Of This Lot 2 Is: A) Laying Of Kmr Dn 300/450 District Heating Pipes South Of The Kiel Canal In Urban Areas Over A Length Of Approx. 1 Km Including Integration Into The Existing Network B) Laying Of Two Pe 110 Kv Empty Cable Pipe Routes (Each With 3 Pe 100 Sdr 7.4 D 200 Cable Protection Pipes) North And South Of The Kiel Canal In Urban Areas As Well As The Respective Connection Of The Empty Pipes On The Site Of A Substation. Total Length Of The Empty Cable Pipe Routes Approx. 5.6 Km C) Laying A Pe D 355 Water Pipe South Of The Kiel Canal Over A Length Of Approx. 0.2 Km Including Integration Into The Existing Network D) Laying A Dn 300 Steel Gas Pipeline Including Accompanying Cable Over A Length Of Approx. 0.25 Km Including Integration Into The Existing Network, Including Steep Slope Crossing Over A Length Of Approx. 50 M And Pressing Through A Harbor Railway Track System Using A Trenchless Method Over A Length Of Approx. 20 M, Diameter Of Protective Pipe Approx.
