Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Lubasz Commune In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Swz. Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste Will Be Collected From Black Containers With The Capacities Indicated In The Swz. Property Owners Or Managers Provide Containers And Maintain Them In Appropriate Sanitary, Orderly And Technical Condition. The Frequency Of Acceptance Is Determined By The Swz And The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Bio Fraction Includes Biodegradable Kitchen Waste (Code 20 01 08) And Biodegradable Waste From Gardens And Green Areas (Code 20 02 01). The Contractor Will Ensure The Management Of Both Types Of Waste In Accordance With The Regulations; They May Be Transferred To Various Authorized Installations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Collected Waste In Accordance With Applicable Law And Indicate In The Offer The Installations Or Places To Which Individual Waste Fractions Will Be Transferred. In The Event Of A Change In The Installation Or Place Of Waste Transfer, The Contractor Will Immediately Inform The Ordering Party. The Change May Take Place Provided That The Requirements Arising From Applicable Legal Provisions And Swz Are Complied With. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit A Document Confirming The Possibility Of Accepting Waste By The Indicated Installation, If Such A Document Is Required By Law Or Results From The Organization Of Waste Management. Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Will Be Collected In Bags Or Containers, In Colors And With Markings Specified In The Swz. The Bags Are Provided By The Contractor To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In The Swz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz. Validity Period: 1 Year (January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027). The Offer Must Be Accompanied By Documents And Declarations Required At The Stage Of Submitting Offers In Accordance With The Swz, Including Epd And Appropriate Declarations Indicated In The Procurement Documents. The Ordering Party Will Demand Subjective Evidence Not Intended To Be Submitted With The Offer From The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Art. 126 Section 1 Pzp And In The Swz, Within A Period Not Shorter Than 10 Days From The Date Of The Request. In The Scope Of Documents Regarding Waste Management: The Contractor Indicates In The Offer Installations Or Places Of Waste Transfer And Ensures The Possibility Of Accepting Waste By The Indicated Entities. The Document Confirming The Possibility Of Accepting Waste Is Submitted At The Request Of The Ordering Party, If It Is Required By Law Or Results From The Organization Of Waste Management. There Is No Separate Obligation To Attach An Installation Contract To The Offer, Unless Such An Obligation Results Directly From The Final Content Of The Swz.
