Refuse-Collection Vehicles – Acquisition Of A 20 M3 Household Waste Dump. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. The Contract Concerns The Acquisition Of A Household Waste Dumpster On A Basic Offer, Of A New Vehicle, Following The Terms Described In The Cctp. Imposed Variant: The Contracting Authority Offers The Service Provider The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer. It Is Not Obligatory, And Can Be Given With Or Without A Basic Offer. On The Other Hand, The Content Of The Variant Is Imposed: The Service Provider Must Offer A Very Recent Used Vehicle: Two Years Maximum And 20,000 Km Maximum. The Candidate Is Allowed To Present Only One Variation. Filing More Variants Will Make All Variants Irregular, So They Will Not Be Reviewed. Possible Additional Services: The Contracting Authority Has A Vehicle Which It Wishes To Take Back. The Characteristics Of This Vehicle Are Presented In The Specific Technical Clauses. The Service Provider Has The Obligation To Respond To This Recovery Request. It Will Be Decided Upon Award Of The Contract Whether Or Not To Accept The Takeover, The Successful Bidder Will Be Informed, And The Decision Will Be Mentioned In The Commitment Document. If Accepted, The Service Provider Is Responsible For Preparing The Documents Relating To The Transfer
