Supervision Of Building Work – Facultative Management Services And Health And Safety Coordination Of The Construction Works Of 32 Shared Accommodations With Common Services Intended For Affordable Rental Located In The Plaza De La Memoria Historica, In The Torrero Neighborhood In Zaragoza.. Construction Management Services; Work Execution Direction; Health And Safety Coordination And Management Of The Facilities, All Of Them Referring To The Construction Works Of 32 Shared Accommodations With Common Services Intended For Affordable Rental Located In The Plaza De La Memoria Historica, In The Torrero Neighborhood In Zaragoza. Given That The Basic Project Does Not Contemplate All Of The Conditioning Works For The Common Services, As It Outlines But Does Not Foresee The Uses That Have Been The Subject Of A Participatory Process That Zaragoza Housing Has Carried Out In Collaboration With The University Of Zaragoza, It Is Noted That The Object Of This Contract Includes The Tasks Of Voluntary Management Of Both The Works Contained In That Basic Project And Those Defined In Subsequent Work And/Or Activity Projects For The Adaptation Of The Spaces To The Uses Derived From The Participatory Process The Service Is Made Up Of Two Phases: Phase I: Coinciding With The Duration Of The Works Whose Term Has Been Established At 15 Months, At Least, Since Before The Official Start Of The Works, Various Study And Verification Actions Will Have To Be Carried Out. And Once The Works Are Completed, The Time Necessary To Prepare All The Documentation For The Processing Of The First Occupation License And The Application For The Aid Granted.
