The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A High-Efficiency Gas Cogeneration Source With A Capacity Of 4.3 Mwe At The C1 Heat Plant Along With Accompanying Infrastructure. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design, Construction, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Testing And Commissioning Of A Complete Source Of High-Efficiency Gas Cogeneration, Consisting Of Two Cogeneration Units With A Gross Electrical Power Of 2.15 Mwe Each, I.E. A Total Of 4.30 Mwe, Along With Complete Technological And Auxiliary Installations. The Scope Includes In Particular The Construction Of A Cogeneration Source Building, Delivery And Installation Of Cogeneration Units, Heat Recovery Systems, Gas And Exhaust Gas Installations, A System Of Heat Pumps Using Heat From Lt Cycles And Flue Gas Condensation, Thermal, Electrical And Power Installations, Instrumentation And Control, Automation, Control And Scada Systems, As Well As The Inclusion Of The Designed Source In The Existing Infrastructure Of The C1 Heating Plant. Each Cogeneration Unit Must Achieve A Gross Electrical Power Of 2.15 Mwe And A Useful Thermal Power From The Basic Ht + Exhaust Gas Recovery System Of Not Less Than 2.0 Mwt. The Total Useful Thermal Power Of Both Units From The Basic Recovery System Is At Least 4.0 Mwt. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Start-Up, Final Tests, 72-Hour Trial Run, Warranty Measurements, Training, Transfer Of Documentation And Scheduled Inspections And Servicing Of The Cogeneration Units For A Period Of At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance And Not Less Than Until Each Of Them Reaches 16,000 Mth Inclusive. With Respect To Heat Pumps And Other Technological Devices Covered By The 36-Month Quality Guarantee Period, The Service Includes Scheduled Inspections And Servicing Required By The Manufacturer For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Premises Of The Active C1 Heating Plant, While Maintaining Its Continuity Of Operation.
