The Facility Will Be Closed To The Public And Will In Future Be Used As A Foundation Structure That Can Be Accessed For Maintenance Purposes. In Addition To The Regular Maintenance Of The Structure, Maintenance Should Be Planned For Accompanying Specialist Areas Such As Technical Building Equipment (Tga), Fire Protection Or To Maintain The Existing Tenant Fit-Out. Furthermore, The Foundation Structure Is Used For Maintenance Purposes By The Neighboring Owners. The Foundation Structure Of The P&R Facility Is To Be Converted From A Damaged Structure To A Secured Structure In Three Stages. In Principle, The Existing Damaged External Sealing Should Not Be Improved.
