The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Services For The Contracting Authority Connected With The Provision Of Foreign Business/Work Trips Of The Contracting Authoritys Employees And Other Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority (Hereinafter Referred To As Services). These Services Are: A) Mediation Of The Purchase, Reservation And Changes Of Ticket Reservations And Their Electronic Delivery B) Until The Ticket Is Issued Free Of Charge, The Possibility Of Making The Following Changes: • Changing The Name Of The Participant, • Changing The Date And Time Of Departure And Arrival, • Canceling The Reservation. C) Reservation Of Combined Flights D) Monitoring Of Ticket Issuance Dates E) Notification Of The Impending Expiration Of The Reservation, Changes In The Reservation Or Ticket Price F) Issuance Of Tickets G) Electronic Delivery Of Tickets H) Delivery Of Printed Travel Documents To The Principals Headquarters I) Telephone Service J) Provision Of Tickets For Train, Bus, Ferry And Other Transport Abroad, Purchase, Reservation And Change Of Ticket Reservation K) Provision Of Accommodation Abroad, Purchase, Reservation And Change Of Accommodation Reservation For The Purposes Of This Public Contract, Mediation Or Insurance Is Understood As The Actions Of The Participant In Which He Takes All The Necessary Steps Necessary To Purchase Documents Or Services According To The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Including The Realization Of His Own Purchases Of These Documents Or Services. On The Basis Of This Procurement Procedure, A Framework Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Agreement) Within The Meaning Of § 131 Zzvz Will Be Concluded, Which Will Be In Accordance With The Procurement Conditions. The Agreement Will Be Concluded With One Participant In The Procurement Procedure. The Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years With The Selected Supplier Or Until The Maximum Amount Of Performance Is Exhausted.
