Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste In The Gać Commune In 2027. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For The Collection And Management (Recovery Or Neutralization) Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Residing In The Gać Commune, In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of Legally Required Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling, Storage Level And Other Levels And Indicators Required By Law. The Service Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, Implementing Regulations, Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Podkarpackie Voivodeship Valid During The Order Execution Period, Local Legal Acts Of The Gać Commune And Other Legal Provisions In Force During The Order Execution Period. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz And Implementing Resolutions. For The Purposes Of Calculating The Offer Price, The Estimated Mass Is 1,200 Mg. The Minimum Scope Of The Order, Which The Ordering Party Will Not Limit Unilaterally, Is 840 Mg Of The Total Weight Of Waste, Subject To The Rules Regarding The Actual Amount Of Waste Specified In The Opz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. Requirements Regarding Vehicles Used To Complete The Order, Including Obligations Arising From The Regulations On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels, Are Specified In Point 8 Of The Opz. The Detailed Scope Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Act On Public Procurement, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The So-Called Reverse Procedure Referred To In Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Act On Public Procurement, I.E. The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act On Public Procurement, (50% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract) Consisting In Repeating The Same Municipal Waste Collection And Management Services In Order To Ensure The Continuity Of The System, With Remuneration Settled According To The Actual Weight Based On Unit Rates Negotiated Based On The Indexed Prices From The Basic Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Conducting An Electronic Auction. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Option Rights.
