The Products That Are The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Are The Following: Vegetable Flux Additive For Manufacturing Storable Mixture; Polyethylene Bags For Packaging The Storable Mixture; Plant-Based Non-Stick Cleaning Solution For Bituminous Mixtures; Polymers Prepared For The Manufacture Of Masf Asphalt Mixtures; Maximum Value Of Framework Agreement - 7,795,900.00 Lei Without Vat, Minimum Value Of Framework Agreement - 779,590.00 Lei Without Vat, Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 1,948,975.00 Lei Without Vat. The Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract: 194,897.50 Lei Without Vat. Frequency And Value Of The Contracts To Be Awarded: Minimum 1 Subsequent Contract In Each Year Of The Framework Agreement. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Framework Agreement As Well As The Estimated Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To A Subsequent Contract Can Be Found As Annexes To The Award Documentation/Specifications. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Modify Subsequent Contracts According To Art. 221 Of Law 98/2016 Amended And Supplemented, Provided That These Changes Do Not Fall Within The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para. (7) Of Law 98/2016, Amended And Supplemented, I.E. Not To Represent Substantial Changes. The Object Of The Changes: 1. Changes To The Supply Period; 2. Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors; 5. Changes Generated By Central/Local Authorities, Required By Various Notices/Agreements/Authorizations. The Reason For The Changes: - Various Requirements Of The Contracting Authority - If Necessary; - Changing The Quantities Of Products From The Specifications, Without Changing The Value Of The Contract; - Extension Of The Delivery Period; - Introduction Of Subcontractors Under The Conditions Provided By Law; The Opportunity For Changes: In Order Not To Block The Supply Of Products And The Fulfillment Of The Object Of The Subsequent Contract. The Proposed Mechanism For Making Possible Changes: According To The Legal Contractual Provisions.
