The City Of Ibbenbüren Is Planning To Develop The First Construction Phase For The Inova-Park Commercial Area. The Land To Be Developed Essentially Consists Of Areas Formerly Used By The Mining Industry, Which Were Cleared After Mining Was Completed And Prepared For New Use. In The South Of The Area, Adjacent To Osnabrücker Straße, A Group Of Buildings Remains That Will Be Put To New Use. In The East, Inova Park Borders On The Property Of The Former Power Plant Site On Which Amprion Is Currently Building A Converter Station. In View Of The Tight Time Frame For The Completion Of The Tendered Services, Work Must Be Carried Out On The Construction Site In Several Sub-Areas At The Same Time: - Oelmühlenstrasse Rain Retention Basin Sub-Area - Canal And Road Construction Sub-Area, Land Sales And North-South Connection - Canal And Road Construction Sub-Area, Track Park And Surrounding Area. In The Individual Sub-Areas, Efficient Crews With Appropriate Machinery And Personnel Must Be Deployed. There Is Limited Space Available For The Aforementioned Work Phases As Large Parts Of The Commercial Area To Be Developed Have Already Been Sold.
