The Reintroduction Of G9 For The 2025/26 School Year Will Create An Additional Need For Classrooms In Freiburg High Schools That Can No Longer Be Accommodated In The Existing Structures. In Order To Cover The Additional Space Required, The Former Karlskaserne, Currently Used As An Administration Building, Is To Be Converted Into A Branch For Freiburg High Schools. The Subject Of The Procedure Are Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interior Spaces In Accordance With Hoai, Part 3, Section 1, §33 Ff. A Negotiated Procedure With A Public Participation Competition Is Carried Out In Accordance With Section 119 Paragraph 5 Gwb In Conjunction With. V. M. §§ 14 Para. 3 No. 2, 17 Para. 1 Vgv, 74 Vgv. The Two-Stage Process Includes The Public Participation Competition (1St Stage: Selection Phase) And The Negotiation Process (2Nd Stage: Offer And Negotiation Phase). The Services To Be Awarded Include: - Service Phases 1 To 9 In Accordance With Section 34 Hoai, - Special Services: Inventory, Operation Of The Project Platform, Specifications And Specifications, Creation Of Service Plans (Cleaning Plans). When The Contract Is Concluded, Service Phases 1 To 3 Are Commissioned. The Further Service Phases 4 To 9 Should Be Commissioned In Stages.
