Prior Information Notice For Construction Work – Construction Of The New Etterbeek Station, Including The Renovation Of The Entrances And The Design Of Bicycle Sheds And The Station Environment. The Assignment Mainly Includes: The Construction Of The New Reception Building, The Floor Slab, The Lift Shafts, The Main Canopy, The Renovation Of The Covered Courtyard And The Existing Monumental Access Stairs, As Well As The Strengthening And Waterproofing Of The Vaults, Platform Canopies And Bicycle Sheds At Etterbeek Station. The Construction Consists Of Metal Columns That Support The Main Canopy Along Generaal Jacqueslaan. Below, The New Reception Building, Bicycle Sheds And Covered Courtyard Will Be Constructed, As Well As The Technical Rooms At Platform Level, The Roof Of Which Forms An Extension Of The Courtyard. The Construction Of These Different Elements Is A Mixed Structure, Consisting Of Both Metal And Concrete Building Elements. A Photovoltaic Installation On A Green Roof Is Provided On The Canopy. The Platforms And The Adjacent Grounds Will Have 330 Meters Of Canopies And A Bicycle Shed With 200 Spaces. These Elements Are Made Of A Metal Construction Covered With Sandwich Panels. The Works Include The Shell, Finishing, Interior And Exterior Carpentry, Sanitary Facilities, Special Techniques And Exterior Furnishings. The Government Works Contract Is Divided Into Fixed And Conditional Parts. Nmbs Estimates The Duration Of The Works At 24 Months And Plans To Start The Works Around September 2027.
