The Size And Date Of Each Delivery Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party According To Current Needs By Placing An Order To The Contractor By Phone Or E-Mail. 2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Contractors Compliance With The Parameters Of The Fuel Oil Specified In The Terms And Conditions Of The Order. 3. Deliveries Of Heating Oil Will Be Made In Batches, In Accordance With The Order Based On The Acceptance Protocol, From Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. Each Delivery Should Have A Certificate Confirming That The Delivered Products Meet Specific Standards. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Volume Of Deliveries In Relation To The Demand Specified In The Order Specification In The Event Of Circumstances Beyond The Ordering Partys Control, E.G. Unfavorable Weather Conditions. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Amount Of Fuel Oil Required In The Terms Of Reference During The Contract Implementation Period. The Amount Of Demand Should Be Treated As An Estimate. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Fuel Oil By The Ordering Party. 6.
