Diesel Oil – Delivery Of Diesel Oil For Public Transport Łomianki Sp. Z O. O.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil, Including Successive Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters In An Estimated Amount Of 1,015 M3. The Ordered Diesel Oil Will Be Used By The Ordering Party Only For Its Own Purposes. 2. The Diesel Fuel Purchased From The Contractor Will Be Intended Solely For The Ordering Partys Own Use. 3. The Contractor Guarantees That The Fuel Sold Will Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018). The Contractor Undertakes To Supply Fuel With A Cfpp Indicator (Cold Filter Blocking Temperature) Appropriate To Changing Weather Conditions. Fuel For The Transitional Period From October 1 To November 15 And From March 1 To April 15 Must Have A Cold Filter Blocking Temperature Not Higher Than: -10 °C. For Diesel Fuel, Which Is To Be Available From November 16 To The End Of February, The Cold Filter Blocking Temperature Is Not Higher Than. -20°C. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Draft Contract.
