Legal Advisory Services – Lot 6: Law On New Information And Communication Technologies, Gdpr, Intellectual Property. The Contract Is A Single-Awardee Framework Agreement Relating To Assistance And Legal Advice Services Missions. The Planned Missions Are As Follows: 1. Legal Assistance And Advice - 1.1 Telephone Legal Assistance: The Incumbent Will Provide, By Telephone, A Rapid Analysis And Can Provide Written Confirmation If Requested. - 1.2 Written Legal Assistance: The Holder Intervenes In Writing To: • Analyze A Legal Problem: Present The Applicable Framework, Propose Solutions, Formulate Recommendations. • Reread And Correct Draft Acts Or Conventions: Make Clear Observations, Propose Modifications, Explain The Legal Consequences. • Write Acts (Deliberations, Orders, Agreements, Letters, Contracts, Amendments, Etc.), Accompanied By An Explanatory Note. The Holder Submits His Analyzes In Computer Format (Or Paper If Necessary) And Includes The Additions Or Corrections Requested By The Buyer. For Non-Package Services, A Prior Estimate Of Time And Cost May Be Requested. 2. Assistance During Meetings The Incumbent May Participate In Meetings (In Person Or Remotely) To: • Prepare Or Clarify The Legal Strategy Of Paris La Défense, • Write Notes Before Or After The Meeting, • Represent And Defend The Position Of Paris La Défense. 3. Legal Monitoring The Holder Can Monitor Legislative, Regulatory Or Jurisprudential Developments Affecting The Missions Of Paris La Défense. It Must Analyze And Explain The Concrete Impacts Of These Developments. 4. Provision Of A Lawyer The Holder Can Provide A Lawyer Within The Premises Of Paris La Défense, For Varying Periods Of Time (A Few Hours To Several Weeks). Possible Missions Include: • Legal Advice, • Drafting Of Consultations, Acts Or Agreements, • Follow-Up Of Files, • Participation In Meetings, • Internal Training.
