Software Package And Information Systems – Avepoint Control Suite Plus For M365 And Power Platform Tam Silver (1). Maastricht University (Um) Intends To Enter Into An Agreement For The Supply Of Approximately 15,400 Licenses Of Avepoint Control Suite Plus For Microsoft 365 And Power Platform, Including The Associated License-Related Services. Um Currently Already Uses Avepoint Solutions Within Its Microsoft 365 And Power Platform Environment. These Solutions Are Integrated Into Ums Existing Technical And Functional Environment And Are Part Of The Existing Management Processes And Working Methods. For This Tender, Um Has Consciously Chosen To Continue Using The Existing Avepoint Solution. Replacement With An Alternative Solution Would Involve Significant Migration, Implementation, Configuration, Testing And Transition Work. In Addition, This Would Require Adjustments To Existing Management Processes And Working Methods And Lead To Significant Conversion Costs, Implementation Risks And Risks To The Continuity Of Services. Um Is Of The Opinion That These Consequences, Partly In View Of The Object And Scope Of This Assignment, Are Disproportionate. For These Reasons, This Tender Specifically Concerns The Delivery Of Avepoint Control Suite Plus For Microsoft 365 And Power Platform. This Tender Is Therefore Not Intended For The Selection Or Implementation Of An Alternative Software Solution. The Reference To Avepoint Emphatically Does Not Mean That The Order Is Reserved For Avepoint As Manufacturer. The Requested Avepoint Licenses Can Be Offered By Multiple Resellers/Partners. This Enables Effective Competition At Supplier/Reseller Level. The Term Of The Agreement Is 2 Years With The Possibility Of Extension Of 2 Times 1 Year (Maximum 4 Years). The Quantities Can Be Adjusted During The Term.
