Subject Of The Order: Provision Of Service And Technical Assistance For Cisco And Paulo Alto Devices And The Mss Infrastructure Monitoring System. Main Place Of Service: Czsm, Ul. E. Orzeszkowa 2, Elbląg 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Technical Service For Devices And Software Manufactured By Cisco Systems Inc. And Palo Alto Networks Inc (Are Installed At The Ordering Partys) In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 3. Service And Technical Assistance, Hereinafter Referred To As Service, Are Understood To Mean All Activities - Including Remote Activities - Necessary To Remove Hardware Or Software Defects And Restore Technical Efficiency In Accordance With The Parameters Guaranteed By Their Manufacturer, Taking Into Account Normal Wear And Tear Of The Equipment. 4. The Duration Of The Technical Service Is 36 Months. 5.
