This Service Contract Concerns The Appointment Of A Project Team To Study: - (1) The Compliance And Renovation Of The “Salle Jean Xxiii” In Bastogne With A View To Adapting The Installations (Electrical, Heating, Technical, Etc.) According To Current Regulatory Standards Based, At A Minimum, On The Technical Audit Included In The Appendix To These Specifications, - (2) “Opportunity Work” Which Aims To Renovate The Room And The Ancillary Infrastructures To Make Them More Comfortable, More Adapted To The Demands Of Managers/Producers/Artists/Organizers, More Independent From The School And With Consumption Costs Better Controlled, - (3) Improving The Accessibility Of The Hall And The School (Indsé) For Parking Users And For Emergency Services. The Project Team Will Be Made Up Of At Least The Following Specialists And Will Be Subject To A Qualitative Selection Criterion: Architect Or Civil Engineer, Engineer Dedicated To Stability Studies, Engineer With A Construction/Electromechanical Orientation (Colloquially Called A “Special Techniques Engineer”), A Level 2 Prevention Advisor And A Stage And Entertainment Engineer Or Technician.
