The Submitted Certificate Should Confirm That The Contractor Has Implemented And Applies The Principles Of The Haccp System - Legal Basis: Art. 59 And 73 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006. On Food And Nutrition Safety. The Ordering Party Does Not Require A Deposit Or Proper Security For The Contract. The Offer Must Be Submitted In Electronic Form Under Pain Of Invalidity.
