The Procurement Service In Question Includes Taking Over, Weighing, Further Processing And Disposal Of Non-Hazardous Waste And Non-Hazardous Waste; Kb 20 02 01 – Biodegradable Waste, As Well As All Other Manipulative Actions (Loading, Transport And Unloading Of Waste) If The Waste Is Not Processed At The Waste Collection Location. Pursuant To Art. 4., Paragraph 1. T. 5 Of The Waste Management Act (Og 84/2021), Biodegradable Waste Is Any Waste Or Part Of Waste That Is Subject To Anaerobic Or Aerobic Decomposition, Such As Garden Waste, Food Waste, And Paper And Cardboard. Accordingly, The Service In Question Includes The Processing And Disposal Of Biodegradable Waste (Kb 20 02 01), Which Includes Green Waste, Bark, Grass, Waste From Gardens, Plant Tissue, Waste From Parks And Gardens, Waste From Trimming Hedges And Trees, Plants, Weeds, Waste From Cutting Wood, Green Waste From Food Preparation That Has Not Been Thermally Processed (Residues From Cleaning Vegetables And Fruits), Egg Shells, Tea Bags, Green Waste From The Market And Smaller Amounts Of Paper Towels Than Food. The Client Provides Its Own Transportation To The Offered Location Of The Bidder For Receiving The Imported Waste. The Maximum Permitted Distance Of The Offered Location From The City Of Pula Is 10 Km. The Service Is Performed Successively During 12 Months, And All In Accordance With The Valid Legal And By-Law Regulations Of The Republic Of Croatia - The Waste Management Act (Official Gazette No. 84/21), The Ordinance On Waste Management (Official Gazette No. 106/22) As Well As Other Valid Regulations That Regulate The Subject Of Procurement And The Usual Norms And Rules Of The Profession.
