The Contractor Will Deliver, Put Into Operation The Equipment And Train Employees Within 180 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Will Train The Employers Employees (2 People) In The Basics Of Equipment Operation. 7. Minimum Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order: 60 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Guarantee That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Is Brand New, Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects. 9. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Manufactured In The Year Indicated In Annex 4 To The Swz. Other Requirements Contained In Section Iv Swz.
