Catering Services – Take Home Meal Services. Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area Is Requesting A Bid For Take-Home Meal Services In The Following Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area Municipalities: Halsua, Kannus, Kokkola, Lestijärvi, Perho, Toholampi And Veteli. The Agreement Is Temporary And Valid For Two (2) Years From The Beginning Of The Agreement. The Subscriber Is Also Entitled To Two (2) Separately Decided One (1) Year Option Periods. The Estimated Start Date Of The Agreement Is February 1, 2027. The Object Of The Procurement Is Home-Cooked Meals Delivered Cold To The Customers Of The Central Ostrobothnia Welfare Area. This Is A Support Service In Accordance With § 19 Of The Social Care Act (1301/2014). As A Rule, The Clients Of Home Care Are Elderly, Who Often Have Reduced Physical Ability And/Or Memory Loss And Who Can Still Manage Independently In Their Own Familiar Environment, E.G. With The Help Of Meal Services. Customers Also Include Frontline Veterans And War Invalids, As Well As Customers Covered By Family Care Support. The Service To Be Procured Includes The Preparation Of Meals, Transport And Everything Else Related To That Process. The Amount Of Service To Be Procured May Vary During The Contract Period. The Contract Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Subscriber. The Object Of The Procurement Is Defined In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Appendices.
