Description Of The Task Regarding The Collection And Management Of Waste With Code Ex 19 12 12 (Subsize 0-10 Mm) 2.1. In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of December 28, 2022 On The Mechanical And Biological Processing Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste, The Above-Mentioned. Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Must Ultimately Be Managed Through Aerobic Or Anaerobic Stabilization In The R5 Or D8 Process. The Contractor May Carry Out The Above-Mentioned Waste Management Independently In Its Own Installation Or With The Participation Of Other Entities (Subcontractors) With Appropriate Permits. Waste Will Be Offered In The Form Of: Loose. The Ordering Party Has No Influence On The Stream Of Received Waste Due To The Very High Variability Of This Stream, Therefore The Order Was Divided Into The Basic Scope (Guaranteed) And The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law.
