The Subject Of The Order Must Be Manufactured In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Military Technical And Technological Documentation (Wdtt): 634A/Mon, 635/Mon (Annex No. 5) And 814A/Mon. 3. The Items Of The Order Will Be Subject To Quality Supervision Carried Out By The Armament Agency In Accordance With Aqap 2110 Edition D Version 1. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit The Following Evidence Together With The Offer: A) Certificate Of Compliance Of The Companys Designs With The Applicable Wdtt And The Design For Mass Production Issued By The Commander Of Wobwsm In Łódź For The Tank Drivers Overalls - Wdtt 634A/Mon With The Date Of Issue After January 8, 2025; B) Product Conformity Certificate Issued By The Certification Body (Wobwsm) For: Tank Suit - Wdtt 634A/Mon; C) Product Conformity Certificate Issued By The Certification Body (Wobwsm) For: Aramid Special Fabric, Article Ucs-1/1 - The Fabric Used To Produce A Tank Drivers Suit Is Subject To The Third Mode Of Conformity Assessment Of Products Intended For State Defense Purposes. The Tankers Suit Is Subject To The Third Mode Of Conformity Assessment Of Products Intended For State Defense Purposes. If The Contractor Commissions A Subcontractor To Produce A Complete Item (Puiw), The Requirement To Provide The Ordering Party With The Evidence Referred To Above Also Applies To This Subcontractor.
