Travel Agency And Similar Services – Framework Agreement For The Contracting Of The Hotel Reservation Management Service And Travel Organization For Staff, Guests, Collaborators, Artists And Other Participants In The Activities To Be Developed By Teatro Cervantes De Málaga And Initiatives Audiovisuales, S.A. During 2027.. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is The Provision Of The Travel Agency Service And The Regulation Of The Bases That Will Govern The Contracts Based On Said Agreement. The Service Consists Of The Management Of Reservations And The Organization Of Trips, Including The Issuance Of Air, National And International, And Railway Tickets, Their Delivery, Modification Or Cancellation, As Well As The Management Of Accommodation Reservations And The Hiring Of Rooms Necessary For Holding The Different Activities. It Will Cover The Comprehensive Management Of Accommodation And Travel For Staff, Guests, Collaborators, Artists, Technicians And Other Participants In The Activities Programmed By Teatro Cervantes De Málaga And Initiatives Audiovisuales, S.A. The Framework Agreement May Be Awarded To One Or Two Companies. Division Into Lots Is Not Applicable. The Distribution Of Activities In Block A (30Th Edition Of The Malaga Festival And Maf) And Block B (Mafiz 2027 And The Rest Of The Societys Programming) Does Not Constitute A Division Into Lots, But Rather A System Of Assigning Contracts Based On The Winning Companies. The Scope, Content And Conditions Of Execution Of The Service Are Detailed In Clauses 1, 4 And 16 Of The Specific Administrative Clauses And In Sections 1 And 2 Of The Technical Prescriptions, To Which Reference Is Made.
