Software Development Services – Financial Management And Human Resource Management System Of Mental Health Units. The Object Of The Contract Is The Development And Operation Of A Single Erp System To Be Used By All Entities That Establish And Operate Mental Health Units, As Defined In Article 11 Of Law 2716/99. The System Will Be An Online Digital Application Supervised And Sponsored By The Ministry Of Health. The Mental Health Units (M.H.Y.) Are Divided Into Two Main Categories: • Units That Establish And Operate Mental Health Units: These Include Civil Non-Profit Societies (Npos), Unions And Other Entities Of Article 11 Of Law 2716/99. • Units That Establish And Operate Npdd: These Include Day Centers, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Units (Boarding Schools, Hostels, Sheltered Apartments, Etc.), Mobile Mental Health Units And Other Service Delivery Units. As Part Of The Project, A Digital System Will Be Developed That Will Improve The Management Of Mental Health Structures, With Two Main Sections: • Financial Management And Monitoring: O Recording, Monitoring And Analysis Of Financial Data. O Budget And Expense Management. O Submit Detailed Expenses In Real Time. • Facilitation Of Budget Execution Control And Targeted Controls By The Ministry Of Health. O Human Resources Management: O Monitoring And Management Of Personnel. O Covering Organizational And Operational Needs Of A Multidisciplinary Team.
