The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Regarding Standard Printing Services, Including Printed Matter In Single-Sheet, Multi-Sheet And Book Format As Well As In Large Format. The Framework Agreement Includes Order Receipt, Workflow, Production, Handling Of Files And Delivery Of Prints And Printed Materials According To The Clients Ongoing Needs And In Accordance With The Clients Cvi. The Services Include, Among Other Things: - Receipt And Handling Of Orders - Preparation And Quality Assurance Of Print Files - Digital Printing And Print Production - Post-Processing - Packaging And Delivery - Advice On Materials And Procedures - Handling Of The Customers Cvi - Handling And/Or Development Of The Customers Current Layout Templates - Handling Of Confidential Documents With And Without Personally Identifiable Data For Publications, The Services Include Printing Of Covers And Contents, Folding, Assembly, Stapling, Gluing, Binding And Other Relevant Post-Processing. The Supplier Must Ensure A Professional And Efficient Order Process With Clear Communication About, Among Other Things, Time, Delivery, Proofreading And Approval Procedures, Formats, Print Quality And Production Options. The Framework Agreement Must Also Ensure Uniform And High Print Quality, Including Correct Color Reproduction, Material Quality And Finish In Accordance With Approved Proofreading. The Supplier Must Be Able To Handle Both Standard Tasks And Urgent Tasks With Short Delivery Times And High Delivery Reliability To One Or More Addresses.
