To Provide The Purchaser With: A) Software Support For Sap Licenses (Sap Standard Support) Guaranteeing Sap License Vendor Support (Hereinafter Referred To As License Software Support) Specified In Point 2 Of Article I Of The Agreement, Within The Scope Of The Licenses Specified In Point 2 Of Article I Of The Agreement And In Accordance With Saps General Business Terms And The Description Of Support Services, Which Form Annex No. 2 Of The Agreement, B) Operation Support Service, Service Maintenance And The Level Of Technical Support Provision Of The Sap Unified Accounting System To The Extent Specified In Paragraph 3 Of Article I Of The Agreement, C) Services For The Purpose Of Development, Application Change, Or Other Activities Related To The Sap Application To The Extent Specified In Points 4 And 5 Of Article I Of The Agreement. D) Purchase Of Additional Cloud Services And A License Of Sap Modules And Components In Connection With The Subject Of The Contract And In Connection With Letter C) Point 1 Of Article I Of The Contract, I.E. J. Services And Licenses Necessary For The Purpose Of Development, Changes Of The Sap Application. The Contract In Question Forms Annex No. 4 Of The Tender Documents.
