Delivery Of Knee Joint Endoprostheses: 1. The Subject Of The Delivery Are Knee Joint Endoprostheses, Which Should Be Delivered To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party (Kraków, Os. Złoj Jesieni 1), In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Contained In Annex No. 1A To This Swz. 2. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Rejected. 3. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3A To The Swz. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Rejected. 3. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3C To The Swz. Successive Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Within 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 2. The Deadline For Depositing The Goods, Together With The Necessary Instruments, In The Implant Bank Is 5 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. Order Fulfillment Time Is Up To 48 Hours From The Date And Time Of Placing The Order.
