Construction-Site Supervision Services - Assessment Of Compliance Of Investment Projects And Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works At Sites On The Territory Of The Metropolitan Municipality - Slatina District. The Following Types Of Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement: 1. Preparation Of A Complex Report For The Assessment Of Compliance Of An Investment Project With The Basic Requirements Of The Constructions, Prepared On The Basis Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1, In The Sense Of Art. 142, Para. 6, Item 2, Para. 10 And Para. 11 In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 142, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut); 2. Exercising Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Smr, According To Art. 168 And Art. 169B Of The Zut, Including Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Facility Is Put Into Operation, As Well As Preparation Of A Final Report Under Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; 3. Fulfilling The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 R. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works; 4. Preparation And Registration Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of December 28, 2006 For Technical Passports Of Constructions; 5. Submission Of The Necessary Documents For The Appointment Of A Reception Committee. The Implementation Of The Activities Is For The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Works Of The Sites Until Their Commissioning In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 177 Of The Territorial Planning Act And Ordinance No. 2/2003 For Putting Into Operation The Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Assigned During The Period From The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Term For Implementation Of Construction Supervision Depends On The Term For The Implementation Of The Specific Types Of Smr Assigned Under The Contract. The Order Covers All Projects And Constructions For New Construction, Reconstruction, Remodeling And Major Repairs, Which Are Of The Third And/Or Fourth And/Or Fifth Category And For Which The Contracting Authority Within The Meaning Of Art. 161 Of The Zut Is The Metropolitan Municipality - Slatina District, With The Exception Of Constructions Of The Transport Infrastructure. For Each Specific Construction, Construction Supervision Is Carried Out On All Parts (Specialties) Of The Project Documentation. The Contractor Will Perform The Service Subject To This Public Procurement After Notification By The Contracting Authority Of The Need. The Scope Of The Public Procurement May Also Include Projects Financed With Funds From The Eu Or From Other External Financial Sources. In The Event That A Certain Program Or Source Of Funding Has Requirements Incompatible With This Public Procurement, A Separate Procedure Under The Ppa Will Be Conducted And The Contract Under This Procurement Will Not Apply.
