The Subject Of The Order Is The Granting And Servicing Of A Long-Term Bridging Loan By The Contractor To The Ordering Party, Under The Following Conditions: A) Loan Amount: Up To Pln 70,000,000, B) Interest May Be Charged Only On The Debt Actually Used, C) The Accounting Year Is Assumed To Be 365 Days, D) Security: Blank Promissory Note, E) Principal And Interest Repayment System: - The Principal And Interest Will Be Repaid By December 31, 2027, - The Capital Will Be Repaid After Receiving Funds From The European Union Budget. If The Refund Is Not Received, The Capital Will Be Repaid From Wms Own Funds, - Interest Will Be Repaid Monthly, F) Interest Rate: Based On The 3M Wibor Rate + Fixed Bank Margin, G) Commission For Granting The Loan Will Be Calculated And Charged To The Ordering Party Provided That The Loan Is Disbursed. The Commission Will Be Calculated On The Actual Loan Amount Disbursed (On The Amount Of Each Tranche Disbursed), H) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Disburse The Loan Without Incurring Additional Fees And Commissions. 2.
