With Around 1.8 Million Visitors And More Than 1,800 Events Per Year, It Is The Largest Cultural Center In Germany. After More Than 30 Years Of Intensive Use, The Building Is Due For A General Renovation. Upstream, The Pollutant Remediation Of The Building Will Take Place In The Years 2027-2028. The Münchner Raumordungsgesellschaft Mbh (Mrg) As The Client (Ag) Intends To Provide Needs-Based Insurance During The Early Pollutant Remediation / Dismantling Of The Gasteig As Part Of A Builders Liability Insurance. The Procurement Of The Builders Liability Insurance Takes Place In Four Parts. The Lead Insurer For The Basic Cover Of The Builders Liability Insurance Has Already Been Identified And Commissioned.
