This Is A One-Year Archaeology Contract With The Option To Renew, To Assess The Archaeological Potential Of Proposed Timber Development. Bc Timber Sales – Cariboo Chilcotin Has Hundreds Of Blocks Within Our Cascadia, Quesnel And Williams Lake Timber Supply Areas That Require Archaeology Assessments. Archaeological Overview Assessments (Aoas), Preliminary Field Recon (Afr) And Archaeological Impact Assessment (Aia) Are Required In This Contract, And Contractors Are Requested To Complete The Pfr/Aias Where Aoas Have Already Been Done. The Population Is Dynamic And Areas May Be Added Or Removed By The Award Of The Contract. All Aoas And Historical Information Will Be Provided To The Successful Contractor To Assist In Conducting Their Work.
