Capture Methods Will Predominantly Be Clover Trapping With Potential For Opportunistic Free-Range Darting. Due To Behavioural Patterns Of Black-Tailed Deer, It Is Common For Handling Events At Clover Traps To Occur In The Dark. Capture And Handling Methods Must Follow The Project’S Approved Animal Care Protocol. The Success Of Clover Trapping Is Weather Dependent With Increased Capture Success During Snow Events.
