Urban Planning Services – Crêt-Du-Locle Economic Development Center - Award Of The Mandate For The Development Of A Cantonal Allocation Plan (Pac) By A Group Of Agents. This Contract Concerns The Development Of The Cantonal Allocation Plan (Pac) For The Economic Development Center Of Crêt-Du-Locle, In La Chaux-De-Fonds. The Mandate Is Entrusted To A Multidisciplinary Group Of Agents Bringing Together Skills In Town Planning And Regional Planning, Mobility, Environment, Landscape And Nature, Civil Engineering/Equipment As Well As Economy/Development. The Services Include The Development Of The Complete Pac File And Associated Studies Until Submission For Prior Examination To The Cantonal Services (Phase 1), Then The Adaptation Of The File Following The Summary Notice And Its Preparation With A View To Submitting It To The Public Inquiry (Phase 2A). The Mandate Is Based In Particular On The Ouest-Menées 2026 Masterplan, The 2014 Master Plan And Existing Senior Plans. It Includes The Coordination Of Different Specialized Studies And Interfaces With Parallel Procedures And Projects. The Phase Relating To The Processing Of Oppositions And The Preparation Of The File With A View To Its Adoption By The Council Of State (Phase 2B) Is Not Part Of This Contract.
