The Scope Of The Service Includes, Among Others: 2.1. Performing Hygienic And Sanitary Procedures, Such As: 2.1.1. Washing Floors, Tiles, Paneling, Windows, Doors, Sanitary Facilities And Other Elements Of Toilet Equipment; 2.1.2. Disinfection Of Sanitary Facilities; 2.1.3. Current Equipment With Odor Neutralizers; 2.2. Maintenance Of The Facility And Its Equipment, Including In Particular: 2.2.1. Inspections Of The Water And Sewage Installations, Ongoing Removal Of Faults And Damages As Well As Adjustment Of Valves And Flushes, Replacement Of Seals, Toilet Seats, Unblocking Sewage Pipes; 2.2.2. Inspections Of The Electrical Installation (Excluding Annual And Five-Year Assessments Resulting From The Obligations Imposed By The Construction Law), Removing Defects Or Damage, Replacing Or Repairing Electrical Sockets, Switches, Fixtures, Lighting, Burnt Radiators And Electric Thermal Baths; 2.2.3. Repair Of Windows, Doors And Roller Blinds, Including Painting, Including Replacing Broken Windows, Repairing And Replacing Door Locks And Handles, As Well As Door Hinges; 2.2.4. Painting Over Graffiti Inscriptions (The Paint Used For Painting Should Be In The Same Shade As The Object); 2.2.5. Replacing Damaged Or Stolen Containers For Paper, Soap And Paper Towels, As Well As Replacing Sink Faucets And Electric Heaters; 2.2.6. Ensuring The Completeness Of The Service For Toilet Users, In Particular The Possibility Of Using A Toilet Bowl, A Urinal And A Washbasin, As Well As Constant Access To Toilet Paper, Liquid Soap, Disposable Towels, As Well As Bins And Bags For Municipal Waste; 2.4. Ensuring Service Of Toilets Every Day (7 Days A Week) During Their Opening Hours And Extending The Opening Hours Of Toilets Located In The Area Of ​​Organized Outdoor Events, Without Charging Additional Fees; 2.5. Placing On Toilets, In Visible Places, Signs With Dimensions Not Smaller Than 30 × 20 Cm, With The Following Text: City Toilet And Free Toilet; 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Duly Paid Insurance For His Business Activity In The Field Of Civil Liability For Damage Caused In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Is Obliged To Maintain The Insurance At The Same Level Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, In Accordance With § 9 Section 3 And 4 Of The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
