Seminar Organization Services – Services In Organizing Exhibitions, Fairs And Congresses As Part Of The Organization Of Events Of The Polish Nuclear Energy Program For The Ministry Of Energy, In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Or Abroad. 1) The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is To Define The Framework Conditions For The Award And Implementation Of Executive Orders That May Be Submitted By The Ordering Party During Its Validity. 2) The Ordering Party May Award Executive Orders Relating To The Organization Of Exhibitions, Fairs And Congresses As Part Of The Organization Of Events Of The Polish Nuclear Energy Program For The Ministry Of Energy, In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Or Abroad, And In Particular: Seminars, Conferences, Meetings, Training, Online Conferences And Plenary And Study Visits, As Well As Exhibitions, Information And Educational Stands, Outdoor Events, Etc. The Organization Of The Event Will Include In Particular The Following Services: I. Reservation And Rental Of Rooms Conferences; Ii. Arrangement And Provision Of Conference Room Equipment; Iii. Providing Food For Event Participants; Iv. Providing Educational And Information Materials; V. Providing Accommodation For Event Participants; Vi. Running The Competition Secretariat; Vii. Organization Of Meetings In The Form Of Stationary, Online Or Hybrid Conferences, Including, Among Others: Streaming Service; Viii. Ensuring Promotion Of The Event Through, Among Others, Electronic Poster/Banner, Mailing, Social Media, Internet, Video In The Form Of An Invitation To The Event, Video Summarizing The Event; Ix. Providing Passenger And Delivery Transport; X. Zabezpieczenia Wydarzenia Od Strony Formalno-Prawnej, Przeciwpożarowej Oraz Bezpieczeństwa Uczestników Wydarzenia I Porządku W Trakcie Wydarzenia (Ochrona Osób); Xi. Ensuring The Handling Of The Event, Including Appointing A Person/Persons For Comprehensive Service In Terms Of Its Proper Course From The Moment Of Commencement Of The Implementation Of The Executive Agreement To Its Completion In Order To Properly Carry Out The Event; Xii. Providing Coordination Services At The Event Venue; Xiii. Providing Other Services, Including But Not Limited To: Presenter, Animator, Hostess, Guide, Etc. 3) Basic Requirements For The Provision Of Individual Services As Part Of The Organization Of Events Are Included In The Draft Framework Agreement.
