The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Comprehensive Services For Organizing One-Day Meetings For Participants Of The We Turn On Pomerania! Project. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comprehensively Organize One-Day Meetings, Including A Catering Service, Rental Of Appropriately Sized Training Rooms In The City Of Gdańsk, And Provide Trainers Or Experts With Higher Education Or Certificates/Attestations Enabling The Implementation Of A Given Support In The Area Of ​​Social Services Or Social Economy. The Provision Of Comprehensive Services For Organizing One-Day Meetings Will Be Based On Individual Orders Issued By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract. The Number And Type Of Ordered Components Of Comprehensive Services For Organizing One-Day Meetings Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Therefore The Value Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated In The Offer Form Is Indicative. Orders Placed By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Agreement May Differ Numerically For Individual Meetings From The Numbers Given In The Offer Form (They May Be Larger, Smaller Or Absent At All), However, The Total Value Of The Agreement Will Not Exceed The Total Price Included In The Offer Of The Selected Contractor. The Ordering Party Assumes Organizing The Following Number Of Meetings: 1. 10 Meetings For A Group Of Up To 30 Participants; 2. 3 Meetings For A Group Of Up To 50 Participants; 3. 2 Meetings For A Group Of 100 Participants. Settlement Between The Parties Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Product Of The Number Of Components Of The Comprehensive Service Of Organizing One-Day Meetings Indicated In The Order And Their Value - In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. The Ordering Party Allows For A Reduction In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To Above, But This Reduction Will Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Value Of The Agreement. 2.
